Meatloaf Day...

 



What I made for lunch today? This makes 9 round small meatloaf.
The main meatloaf pound and a half ground meat, oats, breadcrumbs, Panko bread crumbs, ricotta, cheese, Parmesan cheese, and a little bit of Mexican cheese to hold it all together little bit of each in to the bowl with the ground meat three eggs, seasonings: Italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, salt, black pepper, then mix it all together, then add a little bit of minced garlic. The mix it together.
Then that’s your base of each meatloaf. Then make them in 9 rounds small. Then let it sit overnight in the refrigerator to get farm.
The next day: time to make the sauces
1. Asian meatloaf's: into a bowl put soy sauce, one chicken sauce balsamic glaze. mix it together then dip three of meatloaf, into the sauce then place back onto the sheet.
2. BBQ meatloaf's: open three different types of beans, use black bean half can, baked beans, and kidney beans. Let them drain to make sure all the juices are out. Keep the black bean juice into the bowl. Get a blender and put the beans that you drained in half of the can of black beans into the blender. Then add barbecue sauce. With it and let it blend into it gets to be really saucy then throw into a bowl to dip the three more meatloaf's in until it has a coating on it. Then put it back on the cookie sheet into the refrigerator interior. You are ready for the next sauce.
3. Mexican meatloaf's: get a can of small green chilies, a small can of diced tomatoes with chilies, sometimes they do not have a lot of chilies in the diced tomatoes, then a pack of taco mix seasoning any type you like. Then get a little jar of salsa then put it all into the blender and mix it then dip three more meatloaf's in it and put back onto the cookie sheet. Place into the refrigerator for an hour until you are ready to cook then all of those coating gets to be solid
Preheat your oven to 350. Let your oven get to that temperature then put it into the oven for 35 to 50 minutes meat the thermometer. Hit 160 or above, then pull them out and have mashed potatoes. With a vegetable.
